Agricultural & farm tyre FAQ
Which areas do you cover for farm tyre callouts?
We typically cover farms within about 25 miles of MK17, including villages and rural areas around Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester, Bedford and surrounding countryside. If you’re on the edge of this area, just ask and we’ll confirm if we can help.
Can you repair agricultural tyres or do they always need replacing?
Where it is safe and legal to do so, we will always try to carry out a British Standard agricultural tyre repair. Some damage – such as severe sidewall cuts or bead damage – cannot be repaired safely, in which case we’ll talk through replacement options with you.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend farm callouts?
During busy seasons such as harvest and drilling, work often runs late. We aim to be as flexible as possible with evening and weekend agricultural tyre callouts, depending on workload and access. The fastest way to get help is to use our breakdown tool or give us a call.
Can you advise on the right tyre pressures for my land?
Yes. Running the correct tyre pressures makes a big difference to soil compaction, grip and tyre wear. We can help set pressures for field work, road travel and loader use, taking into account axle loads and the work the machine is doing.
