On-site OTR tyre inspections

Before any major work is carried out we arrange an on-site OTR tyre inspection. This allows us to record sizes, positions and damage so we can recommend the safest and most cost-effective option for each machine.

Visual inspection of tread, sidewalls and bead areas.

Checking current pressures and wear patterns.
Identifying damage that may be suitable for repair.

Earthmover tyre repairs & replacements

Where possible, suitable damage can be sent for major OTR tyre repair through our specialist partners. When a tyre is beyond repair or has reached the end of its life, we can source and supply replacement earthmover tyres.

Earthmover & OTR tyre FAQ

Do you come directly to quarry and recycling sites?

Yes. OTR tyre work is carried out on site, coordinated with your site management team and any external tyre repair partners. This keeps large machines where they belong and avoids unnecessary transport.

Can every OTR tyre be repaired?

Not every tyre can be repaired safely. After an inspection we will advise whether your OTR tyre is a candidate for major repair or whether it should be replaced. Safety always comes first, especially on machines working with heavy loads and steep ground.

Which areas do you cover for earthmover and OTR tyre work?

Support is focused on sites in and around Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. For larger projects we may work alongside specialist partners covering a wider region – please get in touch with details of your site and machines.

Can you also look after our truck and plant tyres?

Yes. Many sites run a mixture of HGVs, loading shovels, forklifts and agricultural kit. We can provide direct support for truck, van and agricultural tyres and coordinate OTR tyre work where specialist equipment is required.
